BriaCell Announces Shareholder Meeting Results, Directors Re-elected with Overwhelming Support

BriaCell Therapeutics Corp. held its annual general and special meeting of shareholders, where a total of 48.31% of the company's issued and outstanding common shares voted in favor of all proposed resolutions, including the re-appointment of MNP LLP as auditors and the election of six directors. The directors were elected with a percentage of votes ranging from 97.36% to 97.92%.
