BP--

BP to exit Castrol India with a $6 billion global deal, selling a majority stake to New York-based Stonepeak. The deal values Castrol India at $10.1 billion and includes minority holdings in operations across several markets. BP will retain a 35% stake and the consideration will be partly in cash and partly through a share-swap. The deal marks BP's scaling back of its footprint in India.
