Sikes, who joined Boise Cascade in 2006, has held various leadership positions within the company, including vice president of BMD sales and marketing, southwest region manager, branch manager, sales manager, and general line product manager. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and serves on the board of directors for the Lumbermen's Association of Texas.
