Blue Moon Metals Acquires Apex Mine from Teck Resources for All-Stock Deal

Blue Moon Metals surged 11.5% to a record high of $5.80 after acquiring the Apex germanium, gallium, and copper mine in Utah from Teck Resources in an all-stock deal. The acquisition will significantly boost Blue Moon's production capacity and provide access to new markets. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2023.
