BlackRock Multi-Sector Income Trust successfully completed its transferable rights offer, which was over-subscribed. The offer entitled rights holders to subscribe for up to 14.3 million shares at $13.01 per share. The fund will exercise the over-subscription privilege and issue more than 14 million shares, raising approximately $186 million.
