VideoVerse operates as a SaaS tool, charging based on the number of hours of footage processed, and has achieved $65 million in revenue with a healthy EBIDTA margin of 35% to 40% .
The acquisition will significantly enhance Minute Media's capabilities in the sports content ecosystem. Minute Media plans to integrate VideoVerse's AI-driven technologies into its existing portfolio, offering a full-stack solution from creation to distribution to monetization.
