Bitcoin Could Surge 60% to $180,000 by Year-End Says Scaramucci

Anthony Scaramucci, a prominent hedge fund manager, has expressed his bullish outlook on Bitcoin, predicting that the cryptocurrency could surge to as high as $180,000 by the end of the year. This forecast is driven by strong institutional demand and continued inflows into Bitcoin ETFs, despite the prevailing geopolitical and economic uncertainties.

In a recent interview, Scaramucci acknowledged the inherent unpredictability of cryptocurrency forecasts but maintained his optimistic stance. He revised his earlier prediction, stating, “We didn’t quite hit $100K before the Trump inauguration, but I think we’re now looking at $150K to $180K by year-end.” This projection suggests a potential upside of over 60% from current levels, highlighting the significant growth potential he sees for Bitcoin.

Scaramucci’s optimism is largely fueled by the increasing institutional investment in Bitcoin. He noted that a substantial portion of new institutional capital is being directed towards Bitcoin, with approximately 80% of this money flowing into BTC.
