BioNTech, OncoC4 Report Positive Lung Cancer Data for Gotistobart

BioNTech and OncoC4 report positive data from the first part of the global, randomized, clinical Phase-3 study PRESERVE-003 for Gotistobart (BNT316 or ONC-392) in patients with squamous non-small cell lung cancer. The treatment achieved a median overall survival of 18.5 months compared to 10 months with standard chemotherapy, nearly doubling the median overall survival in this patient population. The study aims to investigate Gotistobart's potential as a chemotherapeutic-free monotherapy to reactivate anti-tumor immunity in previously treated patients.
