Benton Resources' recent drilling campaign has uncovered a significant gold discovery 21 km north-northeast of Calibre's Marathon Deposit, further expanding the potential of the Valentine Gold Mine property. The discovery, which includes visible gold and high-grade intercepts, holds promise for resource expansion and increased production.

The new gold horizon, located outside of known mineral resources, is proximal to the mill, suggesting potential for lower-cost extraction. The intercepts, including 2.43 g/t Au over 172.8 meters and 2.12 g/t Au over 95.4 meters, align with the geology and mineralization characteristics of Calibre's Marathon deposit, indicating a similar geological setting.

Benton has also secured additional ground, strategically positioning itself for further exploration and potential resource expansion. The company's exploration techniques, such as induced polarization surveys, geophysical surveys, geochemical surveys, and diamond drilling, will help define the extent and continuity of the new gold horizon, aiding in resource estimation and development.

The discovery of new gold mineralization near Calibre's Marathon deposit supports the broader geological context of the Valentine Gold Mine property. The 250 km² land package hosts a highly prospective 32 km-long Valentine Lake Shear Zone (VLSZ), with multiple discoveries and the potential for a new gold district. The findings further validate the extensive potential of the VLSZ and strengthen the bullish outlook for precious metals investments in the region.

In conclusion, Benton Resources' new gold discovery 21 km north-northeast of Calibre's Marathon deposit holds significant exploration potential and resource expansion opportunities. By employing advanced exploration techniques and strategic ground acquisition, Benton is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for precious metals and contribute to the development of a new gold district in the region.
