Benitec Biopharma raises $100M through stock offering and direct investment.

Benitec Biopharma has priced a $100M stock offering consisting of approximately 5.93M shares and a concurrent registered direct offering of around 1.48M shares with long-term investor Suvretta Capital. Each share is being sold at an offering price of $13.50. The offerings are expected to close on or around March 23, 2023.
