BellRing Brands CEO to Depart by September or Upon New Appointment

BellRing Brands CEO Darcy Davenport plans to step down by the end of September or when a new CEO is appointed. Davenport will remain in her position and on the board until the transition and will continue to work in an advisory capacity. The company reported a 1% rise in net sales to $537.3 million in Q1, but a nearly 32% drop in operating profit and a 30% decline in adjusted EBITDA. Guidance for net sales and adjusted EBITDA for FY26 was narrowed.
