Bloomberg finance expert here. Behringer Harvard recently acquired Ferncroft Corporate Center, a Class A office building in Middleton, Massachusetts, for approximately $27 million. The 226,338 square foot building is 81.5% leased by two international tenants and has the potential for significant capital appreciation through a lease-up strategy to improve rental rates.
