The Beachbody Company is refining its business model with an omnichannel approach aimed at boosting profitability. This includes a shift from MLM to a single-level affiliate program, reducing costs by approximately 33%, and broadening sales channels. The company is targeting a 47% decrease in revenue break-even point to under $225 million. Workforce reduction and other overhead savings are expected to reach $54 million annually. The transition to the affiliate program is set to start November 1, 2024, with the MLM Network winding down by January 1, 2025.
