BCB Bancorp Reports Q4 2025 Net Loss of $12.0 Million, Declares $0.08 Dividend

BCB Bancorp reported a net loss of $12.0 million in Q4 2025, compared to net income of $4.3 million in Q3 2025 and $3.3 million in Q4 2024. The loss per diluted share was ($0.73) compared to $0.22 in the preceding quarter and $0.16 in Q4 2024. The Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share. Total deposits were $2.674 billion at December 31, 2025. Net interest margin increased to 3.03 percent in Q4 2025, compared to 2.88 percent in Q3 2025 and 2.53 percent in Q4 2024. The efficiency ratio for Q4 was 120.0 percent.
