BBVA expands AI offerings to employees, saves 3 hours per week with ChatGPT

BBVA, a Spanish bank, has partnered with Google Cloud to offer AI tools to its 100,000 global employees. The bank found that employees who used AI saved an average of 2.8 hours per week. The partnership grants access to Google's AI assistant Gemini and NotebookLM. BBVA will also launch a mandatory AI training program to ensure employees use AI responsibly and follow internal data protection policies.
