PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund II has recently announced that Bank of America Corporation, a 10% owner of the fund, has acquired 105 shares at a price of $6.52 per share on August 11, 2025. Additionally, Bank of America Corporation has also disposed of 105 shares at the same price on the same day.
