Bank of America National Association is appointed as the successor trustee for the CCRE Commercial Mortgage Securities, L.P. pool. The successor trustee, U.S. Bank National Association, will assume the duties of the predecessor trustee, Citibank, N.A. The appointment is made under the terms of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated December 11, 2011. The agreement is effective as of February 28, 2013.
