Ballard Power Systems has completed its structural reset and is now entering a revenue ramp-up phase. The company's 4Q gross margin has turned positive, and cash operating expenses have decreased by 41% YoY. Jefferies analyst Dushyant Ailani notes that the cost base is largely right-sized, making 2026 a "runway for growth."
