Bain Capital GSS Investment Corp. Announces Warrant Separation on Nov 20, 2025

Bain Capital GSS Investment Corp. announced that holders of units sold in its initial public offering can now trade separately its Class A ordinary shares and warrants, starting November 20, 2025. The shares and warrants will trade under the symbols "BCSS" and "BCSS.W," respectively, with only whole warrants trading. Units not separated will continue to trade under the symbol "BCSS.U" on the New York Stock Exchange.
