B2Gold Invests $10 Million in Prospector Metals Corp.

Prospector Metals Corp. has announced a $10 million equity investment from B2Gold Corp. The investment will fund the company's 2026 drill program on its ML Project in Yukon. B2Gold will hold approximately 17.2% of Prospector's outstanding common shares after the transaction. Closing is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and all securities will be subject to a four-month hold period.
