Ayman Antoun Installed as OpenText CEO, Bringing 30 Years of Global Tech Experience

OpenText has appointed Ayman Antoun as its new CEO, effective April 20. Antoun brings over three decades of experience in global technology leadership, operational discipline, and enterprise transformation. He previously served as President of IBM Americas and will lead OpenText into its next chapter of growth in enterprise AI. Jenkins, the company's Executive Chair and Chief Strategy Officer, will return to the role of Chair of the Board following the transition.
