Kloia, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, completed a four-week discovery and assessment cycle for a UK-regulated financial institution, delivering a board-ready modernization blueprint on AWS. The customer's legacy estate, spanning 25 systems and 1.7 million lines of code, was deemed unsustainable for future growth. Kloia used AI-driven analysis via Amazon Bedrock and senior architect validation to decompose the codebase into domain services and address data-layer coupling, enabling a unified, cloud-native, AI-enabled platform by 2027.
