Avangrid, Inc. (NYSE: AGR), a leading sustainable energy company and member of the Iberdrola Group, has recently bolstered its People & Organization (P&O) leadership team with a series of strategic appointments. These new additions, effective immediately, aim to drive Avangrid's recruitment, retention, and employee advancement efforts, further propelling the company's growth in its Renewables and Networks businesses.

John O'Neil, a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience within the Iberdrola Group, has been appointed as Senior Vice President of People and Organization. His extensive HR expertise, coupled with his successful integration of Iberdrola USA and UIL to form Avangrid, positions him well to lead the company's talent management and organizational development initiatives.

Khadijah "Kay" Johnson, previously Vice President of HR Operations and Employee Experience, has been promoted to Vice President of Rewards. In this expanded role, she will oversee Avangrid's employee experience while also driving reward strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention. Her forward-thinking approach to HR practices has been instrumental in Avangrid's positive P&O evolution.

Anna O'Connell, formerly Director of Labor Relations and Senior Director Business Partner, has been promoted to Vice President, Business Partners. Her deep portfolio of experience in labor relations and business partnerships will be instrumental in navigating industry changes and fostering growth within Avangrid.

Paul Visconti, previously Senior Director of Total Health, has been promoted to Vice President of HR Operations. His background in HR operations and employee benefits will support Avangrid's overall employee well-being and productivity, ensuring the company's workforce remains healthy, engaged, and committed to its mission.

Rick Brunow will serve as Interim Vice President of Health & Safety, leveraging his extensive experience in health and wellbeing to ensure Avangrid's workforce remains safe and productive.
