Avadel Shareholders Approve Alkermes Acquisition Proposal.

Avadel Pharmaceuticals shareholders have approved the proposed acquisition by Alkermes. The acquisition will see Alkermes acquire Avadel's entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to complete in the coming months.
