Atmos Energy Faces Lawsuit Over Lake Dallas Home Explosion

Atmos Energy Corporation has been named in a lawsuit filed by Lyons & Simmons, LLP on behalf of Jessica Bailey Lopez, who suffered catastrophic injuries in a home explosion and fire caused by a leaking Atmos Energy gas main. The lawsuit claims that Atmos Energy failed to properly monitor and maintain its gas system, leading to the explosion and resulting injuries. Lopez remains hospitalized in critical condition.
