Atlas Holding Set to Acquire Office Depot and OfficeMax Parent Company ODP Corporation Before Market Open on December 10.

The buyout of ODP Corporation by Atlas Holding is expected to close on December 10. Under the merger agreement signed in late September, an Atlas Holdings affiliate will merge with ODP. ODP is the parent company of Office Depot and OfficeMax. The merger will result in ODP being delisted from the public markets.
