Aterian Announces Strategic AI-Led JV with Lithosquare SAS

Aterian, a critical mineral exploration and development company, has signed a strategic AI-powered joint venture with Lithosquare SAS. The joint venture will fund up to €1.4 million in AI-led exploration across eight priority projects in Morocco and Botswana. Lithosquare can earn up to 49.9% equity and a 2.0% net smelter return, tied to exploration success. The partnership enables Aterian to accelerate value creation on its portfolio with zero dilution.
