ARMOUR Residential REIT reported Q1 2025 results with GAAP net income of $24.3 million, or $0.32 per common share, and distributable earnings of $64.6 million, or $0.86 per common share. The company raised $371.4 million of capital through an at-the-market offering program and paid common stock dividends of $0.72 per share.
