Under Armour Appoints New CFO Chip Molloy on January 19, 2016.

Under Armour has appointed Chip Molloy as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective January 19, 2016. Molloy previously served as CFO of PetSmart, Inc. He will work closely with current CFO Brad Dickerson, who will remain in an advisory capacity through February. David Bergman, Vice President of Finance & Corporate Controller, will also support the transition.
