Armada Acquisition Corp. III has closed its initial public offering of 24.85 million units at $10 each, raising $248.5 million. The units began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "AACIU". The company plans to use the funds to effect a merger or similar business combination with one or more businesses. Cohen & Company Capital Markets and Northland Capital Markets acted as lead book-runners for the offering.
