Armada Acquisition Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Arrington XRP Capital Fund, will change its ticker symbol from AACI to XRPN on NASDAQ, effective October 30, 2025. The change reflects the company's transformation into the world's leading institutional XRP digital asset treasury company. This follows the announcement of a business combination with Evernorth Holdings, Inc.
