Argon Engineering Associates and Sensytech complete merger, change name to ARGON ST.

Sensytech and Argon Engineering Associates have completed their merger, with stockholders approving the deal and changing the company name to ARGON ST, Inc. Under the agreement, Argon shareholders will receive two Sensytech shares for each Argon share, and the merged company will retain the NASDAQ ticker symbol STST.
