Ares Investments to Purchase Up to $5M of ARDC Shares in Open Market.

Ares Investments Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Ares Capital Management II LLC, has announced its intention to purchase up to $5 million of Ares Dynamic Credit Allocation Fund's (ARDC) outstanding common shares in the open market if the shares are trading at a discount to net asset value. The purchases will be made subject to market and economic considerations, and will comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
