Ardagh Metal Packaging Warrants to be Delisted from NYSE Due to Low Price

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has begun the process of delisting Ardagh Metal Packaging's warrants due to abnormally low selling prices. Trading in the warrants was halted on November 25, 2025. The company's ordinary shares will continue to trade on the exchange under the ticker AMBP. The delisting is limited to the warrants and does not affect the company's ordinary shares. Despite the delisting, the warrants remain valid and can still be exercised.
