Arcutis Biotherapeutics, Inc. The company’s second-quarter 2025 financial results reflect continued growth in net product revenue, driven by strong demand for its ZORYVE® (roflumilast) portfolio. Q2 2025 net product revenue reached $81.5 million, representing a 164% increase compared to Q2 2024 and a 28% increase compared to Q1 2025.
ZORYVE foam 0.3% received FDA approval for plaque psoriasis of the scalp and body in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older. The company also initiated the INTEGUMENT-INFANT study to evaluate ZORYVE cream 0.05% in infants with atopic dermatitis aged 3 months to 24 months.
Despite the net loss, Arcutis reported strong revenue growth across its ZORYVE product lines, with $27.7 million in ZORYVE cream 0.3%, $14.6 million from ZORYVE cream 0.15%, and $39.2 million from ZORYVE topical foam 0.3% in Q2 2025. The company’s cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash, and marketable securities totaled $191.1 million as of June 30, 2025.
Research and development expenses for the quarter were $19.5 million, while selling, general, and administrative expenses were $69.2 million. The company continues to invest in its pipeline, including Investigational New Drug Application for ARQ-234, a novel fusion protein for the potential treatment of atopic dermatitis.
