Arcadia Biosciences Raises $2.1mln from Preferred Investment Options.

Arcadia Biosciences has announced the exercise of preferred investment options for $2.1 million gross proceeds. The options were originally issued in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 with an exercise price of $9.00 per share, but were exercised at a reduced price of $2.575 per share. The shares will be registered pursuant to effective registration statements on Form S-1 and Form S-3.
