Arbe Robotics Raises $18.5 Million in Registered Direct Offering

Arbe Robotics has closed an $18.5 million underwritten registered direct offering, including the full exercise of underwriters' over-allotment option. The offering was priced at $1.40 per ordinary share, resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $18.5 million. The company plans to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes. Canaccord Genuity acted as sole bookrunner for the offering.
