The Andersons, Inc. has appointed Emmanuel Ayuk as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary, effective September 2, 2025. Ayuk brings nearly two decades of legal expertise and international experience in the agriculture sector. He previously served as chief counsel for ADM's Ag Services & Oilseeds Business Unit and held various leadership roles at ADM and Stinson LLP. Ayuk holds a bachelor's degree from Dickinson College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
