Amplify Energy Corp. has entered into a definitive agreement to sell all of its interests in Oklahoma for a total contract price of $92.5 million. The sale is expected to close by the end of the fourth quarter of 2025 and represents a complete exit from the Company's interests in Oklahoma. This divestiture is part of Amplify's plan to simplify its portfolio, strengthen its balance sheet, and focus on its highest upside assets.
