S&P Global announces the addition of Robert Moritz to its Board of Directors, effective March 1, 2026. Moritz has over four decades of experience in audit and assurance, particularly in financial services, banking, and capital markets. He previously served as global Chairman of PwC and currently holds seats on Walmart's Board of Directors, Northern Trust Corporation, and several not-for-profit boards.
