Americas Gold and Silver has formed a joint venture with US Antimony to construct an antimony processing plant in Idaho, USA. The JV will enhance domestic antimony production, which is deemed critical for national security. Americas will hold a 51% stake, while US Antimony will own 49%. The facility will process antimony feedstock from Americas' operations and potentially other sources. The JV will capture downstream profits from antimony production not currently realized by Americas.
