Americas Gold and Silver to Acquire Crescent Silver in $65M Deal

Americas Gold and Silver has agreed to acquire Crescent Silver, the owner of the Crescent silver and antimony mine in Idaho's Silver Valley, for $65 million in cash and shares. The acquisition includes $20 million in cash and approximately 11.1 million Americas Gold and Silver shares. The deal is expected to expand Americas Gold and Silver's operations in the Silver Valley.
