Americas Gold and Silver to Acquire Crescent Mine for $65 million.

Americas Gold and Silver Corporation has entered into a binding purchase agreement to acquire Crescent Silver, LLC, which owns the Crescent Mine in Idaho, USA. The total consideration is approximately US$65 million, consisting of US$20 million in cash and 11.1 million common shares of Americas, valued at US$45 million. The Acquisition will provide additional capital to advance Crescent.
