Noel Wallace, who has been serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Colgate-Palmolive Company (Colgate-Palmolive) since 2019 and Chairman of its Board of Directors since 2020, will bring his international operational acumen and branding and marketing expertise to the American Express Board. Wallace will join the Audit and Compliance Committee and Compensation and Benefits Committee [1].
