American Coastal Insurance Declares $0.75 Special Cash Dividend per Share

American Coastal Insurance Corporation has declared a special cash dividend of $0.75 per share of common stock, payable on January 9, 2026 to shareholders of record on January 2, 2026. The insurance company, which was founded in 2007 to insure condominium and homeowner association properties, expects to pay the dividend out of cash and cash equivalents.
