AlphaTON Capital Acquires $100M TON Tokens, Enters Telegram Ecosystem.

AlphaTON Capital, formerly Portage Biotech, has changed its name and ticker symbol to "ATON". The company has acquired ~$100 million TON tokens and will establish a digital asset treasury company to build a strategic TON reserve and provide public market access to Telegram's ecosystem of over a billion monthly active users. Brittany Kaiser, a pioneer in data protection, digital assets, and public equity markets, has been appointed CEO and board member.
