The Allspring Income Opportunities Fund, Allspring Multi-Sector Income Fund, and Allspring Utilities and High Income Fund have declared monthly distributions of $0.05357, $0.07221, and $0.08325 per share, respectively. The funds make distributions in accordance with a managed distribution plan that provides for annual minimum fixed rates of 8.00%, 8.75%, and 8.75% based on the funds' average monthly net asset value per share over the prior 12 months.
