Allspring Closed-End Funds Announce Distributions and Board Appointments

The Allspring Income Opportunities Fund, Allspring Multi-Sector Income Fund, Allspring Utilities and High Income Fund, and Allspring Global Dividend Opportunity Fund have declared distributions. The Board of Trustees of the Allspring Funds Trust appointed Cindy J. Miller and Brian J. Shlissel as Trustees, effective January 1, 2026. Miller has experience in transportation, logistics, and healthcare, while Shlissel has extensive senior management experience in the asset management industry.
