Alibaba's Qwen3-Max-Thinking AI model, part of Alibaba Cloud's Qwen family, has delivered stronger results across key industry benchmarks, including gains in factual accuracy, reasoning, and following instructions. The company compared its model against global AI leaders, including Google's Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic, claiming parity across 19 benchmarks. Alibaba Cloud grew 34% YoY in the latest quarter, emerging as a key long-term growth driver. Alibaba's stock gained about 2% on Tuesday after detailing its latest AI model.
