Al-Falah University Faces NCMEI Probe Over Minority Status Misuse

The National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions (NCMEI) has issued a show-cause notice to Al-Falah University, asking why its minority status should not be withdrawn due to concerns over national security and alleged misuse of minority status. The notice was prompted by an ET report on the university's linkages to the Red Fort terror attack. The Commission has listed the case for a full-fledged hearing on December 4.
